1 Open Problems in Clifford Analysis and its Applications

The following is a list of some open problems in Clifford analysis supplied by a fairly broad spectrum of researchers actively working in this field or closely related fields. While this list of problems is by no means complete the intention here is to stimulate interest in and further research into Clifford analysis and to hopefully encourage others to work in this extremely interesting and growing area of research. Rather than regarding this document as a complete and closed document it is hoped that this document will encourage others to contribute their open problems in Clifford analysis and its applications to this and other open problem sheets. This list of open problems arose from discussions a number of participants had during the Clifford analysis conference held at the Hotel Grand Michelle in Cetraro, Italy in October 1998. It has since attracted contributions from many other researchers. We hope that this attempt to partially focus the field will set the stage for future research and ideas in Clifford analysis and its many applications for a good many years to come.
